Lisa Moghazy serves as the Program Operations Manager for the Atlanta Surplus Property administration section. She joined DOAS in January of 2005 as an Internet Sales Coordinator. She has over 14 years of experience in property management, inventory control, and customer service with the federal government.

Ms. Moghazy earned an Associate of Arts and Science degree from Wayne Community College.
