Non-Profit Organizations

Non-profit organizations must provide educational or health care services to the community to be eligible for state surplus property. The federal surplus property program has stringent eligibility requirements; therefore, all non-profit organizations may not be eligible to join the program. Service charges and restrictions apply for all property received.
