The State of Georgia reserves the right to reject any bid.
- All items are sold "as is, where is."
- Customers with tax-exemption numbers must provide these numbers prior to payment or taxes will be charged on all purchases.
- Neither State of Georgia nor Auction Company is responsible for keys.
- Terms: Payment must be made anytime during or immediately following the auction.
- Cash, Certified Cashier's Check, VISA, MasterCard, or a Personal Check. If you are paying by Personal Check, you must also provide a letter of guarantee from your bank or financial institution. A 3% service fee is charged for each credit card transaction.
- Fee of $20.00 or 5% of the face value of the check (whichever is greater) will be assessed for any bad checks.
