Surplus Property offers services to state and local governments, non-profit organizations, service educational activities, the Small Business Administration, and the general public. Select from the links below to view eligibility requirements by customer type.

State Government
State agencies, authorities, boards, commissions, and colleges and universities.

Local Government
Cities, counties, municipalities, and local school systems.

Non-Profit Organizations
Organizations that provide educational or health care services to the community.

Service Educational Activities
Designation as a Service Educational Activity is made by the Department of Defense and is granted to national organizations (e.g., American Red Cross, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts).

Small Business Administration
Small businesses that qualify for assistance from the Small Business Administration (SBA).

General Public
Georgia citizens.
